Bulk Bag (FIBC) Fillers
A bulk bag filler loads a FIBC, often called a super sack, hanging from strap hooks over a pallet. It is the fastest way to move large volumes of dry product without handling individual bags. We have a large selection for minerals, sand, cement, building products, mortars, and food grade material.
Bag Weights
500 lb to 3,000 lb bags. Frames are rated to 4,000 lbs standard, with heavier ratings available through load cell and air cylinder upgrades.
Production Rate
Up to 25+ bags per hour on standard models. Gross weigh models reach 30 bags per hour and net weigh models up to 45 bags per hour on 2,000 lb bags.

Bulk Bag Fillers
Two platforms cover most applications. The 4240 is the straightforward gross weigh filler on a platform scale. The 4260 is the heavier automated system for higher throughput and denser, more stable bags.
4240 Bulk Bagger Bag and Box Filler
The original gross weighing scale for filling bulk bags and boxes with dry free-flowing materials. Also available as a non-weighing filler for applications such as interplant transfers or waste collection.

4260 Automatic Filling System
A heavy carbon steel frame built for the heaviest loads. The traveling strap hanger lowers so an operator can hang an empty bag, raises to fill, then lowers again to discharge. A traveling lower platform rises to settle the product and eliminate void areas, which makes a more stable and densely filled bag.
- Gross weigh models fill up to 30 bags per hour at 2,000 lbs
- Net weigh models up to 45 bags per hour at 2,000 lbs

Box, Drum, and IBC Filling
The same weighing platforms handle rigid containers. Useful where a customer takes product in boxes or drums rather than bulk bags.
Box Assembly and Fill System
The system automatically de-nests bulk boxes from a stored position and reassembles them for filling, indexes to the weighing and filling station, then places the lid automatically before the container is staged for pick-up by fork truck.

Drum Filling Arm
A pneumatically assisted drum filling arm that allows one operator to fill single or multiple drums on a single pallet. Load cell weighing with digital readout and print signal.
