Bag Closing Machines

How the bag closes depends on the bag material and whether the product needs a sealed package. Four methods cover most applications.

Sewing Systems

Most common in agricultural markets. From handheld to inline belt feed with label attachments.

Heat Sealers

For closing plastic bags. Manual units through to inline conveyor fed high speed closers. Some available with optional double seal to guarantee a positively closed bag.

Pinch Bottom Closers

Fold and seal a paper bag for a positive closed bag. Used for retail products and food grade products.

Ultrasonic Sealing

Seals woven polypropylene and laminated bags without heat, which suits food grade and dust sensitive products.

Stretch Wrappers

The last step on the line. A stretch wrapper secures the finished pallet load so it travels without shifting. Turntable and rotary arm models are available, new and used, and they pair with any of our palletizers.

Turntable Stretch Wrappers

The pallet rotates on a turntable while the film carriage travels up and down. Simple, proven, and the most common choice on bagging lines.

Rotary Arm Stretch Wrappers

The pallet stays still while an arm rotates around it. Suited to unstable loads and higher throughput.
